Declarations and Certificates
To receive free care from a family doctor, sign a declaration with them. You won’t have to pay anything—only for medications purchased at the pharmacy. It takes about 10 minutes to sign the declaration, and you’ll need your passport and tax ID number. There’s no need to cancel the declaration; simply sign a new one with a different doctor—the previous one will become invalid.
However, the declaration has certain limitations, so we are offering you a paid service package with more features. To purchase the service package, you will need the same documents as for the declaration.

We have primary care physicians on staff: a family doctor, an internist, and a pediatrician. Our doctors know how to recognize serious or rare illnesses and how to proceed with treatment: they will consult with you, diagnose your condition, and prescribe treatment.
We oppose prescribing more expensive medications to patients simply to benefit pharmaceutical companies. That is why our doctors recommend high-quality, affordable medications.
Tests
We partner with the Ukrainian laboratory “DILA,” where medical laboratory technicians analyze samples using state-of-the-art equipment. Patients submit their samples to us, and we send them to the “DILA” laboratory for testing. This way, accurate results are available the same day, allowing the doctor to make an accurate diagnosis.
We do not have an inpatient ward and do not admit patients. If a patient has conditions that require secondary or tertiary care, such as acute surgical conditions, cardiovascular disease, or infectious hepatitis C, our doctor will refer the patient to a specialist. Whether the patient chooses a public or private clinic is up to them.
